Terms and Conditions
We at Sweetkrave are excited that you have chosen us to assist in making your
event a sweet success! Before we can start the mixer, there are some
things that we must share with you.
The deposit secures your event date and is required. The deposit is not refundable and only transferable once upon approval and depending on availability. A 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of the invoice being sent and is only valid for 24 hours.
Remaining balance must be paid 1 week before pickup. An invoice will be sent and is due within 48 hours or the contract is null and void and deposit will not be refunded.
Any orders placed 14 days or less from the event date will assess a $25 rush fee and payment will be due in full. Any orders $100 or less will be due in full.
The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style or flavors of the cake. Changes may be subject to price increase. Any changes requested after this date cannot be made.
If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake/cupcakes, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our care. We will not be responsible for any damage once it is picked up.
Local delivery within a 10-mile radius is an additional cost.
On occasion, we will photograph our cakes/cupcakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional purposes.
Our product may contain or encounter milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions.
There is a 6% sales tax on all orders.
